After 8 incredible weeks, my residency at Monami Lounge has come to a close. I’m proud of what was accomplished in such a short time — from curating thoughtful menus to connecting with an amazing community of diners. We took the business to new heights, built real momentum, and created something truly special. This was a meaningful opportunity to grow, share my culinary perspective, and challenge myself in new ways. Thank you to everyone who showed up, supported, and believed in the vision.
